My first contact with Christine at Accounting Zero Plus was just before Christmas 2017. A new payroll system had been implemented for Ideal's 30 plus employees and I realised all was not well. I contacted Christine for help and she dropped everything to help get the pays right for the staff for the holiday period.

Since then we have developed a close working relationship. Christine has converted us to a new payroll system which operates efficiently, and she handles the payroll inputs and review of payments. She has also taken over management of the accounts payable invoices and has provided help with day-to-day issues which have arisen. 

Ideal is a commercial building company, operating in Hamilton and Tauranga. I spend some time each week in Tauranga and the Mount and call on Christine most weeks to discuss anything needing attention and provide paperwork for processing. 

This arrangement works well for Ideal and I have found Christine efficient, reliable and very knowledgeable in the Xero and payroll matters. She has met with many of the team and takes a personal interest in the business. 

I was very grateful for help in December 2017 and Christine's willingness to drop everything right on Christmas to solve the payroll problem and 'go the extra mile' to get things right. I would recommend Christine and Accounting Zero Plus to anyone seeking support for their accounting and administration.
